Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy covers headliner.studio, projecth.party, stoplight.party and other websites operated by Earth to Heaven LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating as Headliner (“Headliner,” “we” or “us”), that link to this policy. Headliner Studios is a brand of Earth to Heaven LLC. This policy explains how we handle information about Hosts, Attendees, ticket purchasers and visitors. Host, Attendee, Event and Ticket are defined in our Terms of Service. A Host may also provide its own notice for information it handles independently.
1. Information we collect
Host and service inquiries. We collect your name and email, plus any organization, phone number and message you provide, to review your request, reply and discuss the service you asked about. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in event marketing.
Registration and ticketing. Depending on the form, we collect your name, email, phone number, optional social handle, Event and ticket selections, referral or campaign information, and transaction or registration status. An RSVP collects your name and phone number, with an optional Instagram handle, for that Event's guest list and logistics. Joining the List separately collects your phone number and any optional profile details for the updates described at signup.
Demo checkout. The demo records the name, email and phone number you enter, simulated ticket and transaction information, an optional Spotify handle, and any referral or campaign information in the checkout link. Checkout is simulated or, when available, uses Stripe test mode with optional Link as described below. No real payment is collected. Email receipt delivery is disabled by default; verified sandbox delivery is limited to the configured allowlist. Text ticket delivery is not enabled. Demo tickets are not valid for entry. An RSVP or demo checkout does not automatically join the List.
Accounts and site operation. We process account and login information where an account is used. Hosting, database and email providers help us operate the Services. Security and abuse-prevention controls process request information and keyed hashes of submitted contact identifiers and, where available, trusted IP addresses.
2. Ticketing and Host access
We use information to provide registrations and Tickets, support customers, administer the agreed service, prevent abuse and handle Event logistics. Headliner is the ticketing and website provider for Events organized by other Hosts; the Host is responsible for its Event. Host attendee lists and door views expose attendee names, ticket tiers and check-in status. Authorized host owners may receive contact details for their own events and recorded communication preferences. Door staff receive only the limited admission view. Hosts may receive authorized financial summaries without buyer contact details. Access is restricted to the responsible Host and authorized members. Hosts must follow applicable privacy law and opt-outs; they cannot obtain another Host's attendee list.
A ticket recovery request uses the event link name and exact checkout email to request an eligible receipt. We return the same acknowledgement for matches, missing records and request limits; it does not confirm a purchase or email delivery. Request controls use keyed hashes for abuse prevention. Requesting a receipt does not enroll you in marketing.
3. Retained attendee network and future events
Headliner retains attendee names, email addresses, phone numbers, ticket and attendance history by default. For new purchases made under this notice, we may email buyers about future events from the same Host, other Hosts and Headliner itself. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Historical purchases are not automatically enrolled by this policy update.
The Host can access its own event attendee information for running that event and its own lawful marketing, respecting recorded preferences and applicable law. No Host receives another Host's attendee list. The shared attendee network stays with Headliner.
Event updates and marketing texts require the single optional, unchecked SMS box at checkout. We store whether you selected it, the exact label, its version and server timestamp. Consent is not required to buy; entering a number does not authorize texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. No SMS sending provider is enabled.
4. Your communication choices
Reply STOP to opt out of all Headliner texts across the network, including event texts and marketing. A later purchase does not erase this opt-out. We do not use another host or text channel to bypass it. You can also manage communication preferences with a private unsubscribe link or your verified purchase-email account, or contact contact@headliner.studio.
Use the unsubscribe link in every marketing email to stop future network marketing emails. Opting out never cancels a Ticket. Critical cancellation, time and venue changes always go to every buyer by email, regardless of marketing or SMS preferences. Necessary purchase, receipt and account emails also continue.
5. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights
This website and any other websites operated by Headliner may use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits, understand site usage and improve page performance. Depending on the tool, data can include page URLs, referrers, visit times, approximate location, browser and device information, and page-performance measurements. Vercel describes these tools as using anonymized or aggregated measurements without third-party analytics cookies.
See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information and Speed Insights privacy information. These tools are currently used on our marketing pages and are excluded from checkout and ticket confirmation pages. Necessary cookies used for account sessions or site security are separate from these analytics tools.
6. Service providers and other disclosures
Providers such as Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for database and authentication, and Resend for account email process information to support the Services. Other providers used for a particular Event, including any live payment provider, are identified in the relevant flow or Event notice. We may also disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate fraud or enforce applicable agreements. These disclosures do not create permission for unrelated marketing.
Stripe test checkout. When available, Stripe collects test payment details directly through its embedded form and processes device and request information for authentication and fraud prevention. Headliner receives transaction references, amounts and payment or refund status, alongside the contact details and ticket selections you submit to Headliner. We do not receive full card numbers, card security codes or Link sign-in credentials. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Optional Link. Where offered in Stripe's form, you may choose Link, Stripe's service for saving and reusing payment and contact details across participating businesses. Stripe handles your Link account, saved information and authentication under the Link Consumer Terms of Service and Link Privacy Policy. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize your Link account. You can manage saved information and account or privacy choices through Link and Link support. Using Link does not expand the communication choices you make with Headliner.
7. Retention, security and privacy requests
We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, the relevant engagement, legal or accounting obligations, dispute handling and abuse prevention. Retention varies with the type of record. Minimal opt-out records may be retained to honor your communication preferences. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet service or method of storage can guarantee absolute security.
To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, leave the List, or exercise rights available under applicable privacy law, email contact@headliner.studio. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate unresolved transactions or disputes. For information independently controlled by a Host, contact that Host; we can help identify the appropriate contact.
8. Policy updates
We will post changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice or seek new consent where required. A policy update does not retroactively authorize new marketing uses of previously collected information.
