Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy applies to tickets purchased through Headliner, operated by Earth to Heaven LLC. Headliner Studios is a brand of Earth to Heaven LLC.
1. All ticket sales are final
Buyers cannot cancel or refund tickets on their own. Not attending, changing your mind or failing to meet disclosed admission requirements is not grounds for a refund, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
2. Canceled events
If an event is canceled, every paid ticket receives a full refund to the original payment method, including sales tax. Ticket sales close and further host payouts are held. A host policy cannot remove this guarantee.
3. Postponed or rescheduled events
Tickets carry over without a refund if the new date is within 60 days of the original date and the venue remains in the same metro area. A move beyond 60 days, a move outside that metro area, or a postponement without an announced qualifying replacement date is treated as a cancellation and receives a full refund, including sales tax.
4. Chargebacks
Chargebacks without a proper legal basis are prohibited. This includes disputing a ticket for an event that took place because you did not attend. Headliner investigates chargebacks and contests unfounded claims under applicable law, using purchase and check-in records as evidence. Nothing here limits a lawful dispute or any non-waivable consumer right.
5. Event updates and support
Critical cancellation, time and venue changes are emailed to every buyer regardless of marketing or SMS preferences. Email contact@headliner.studio with the event name and your order reference for help with a qualifying refund. Do not send card numbers, card security codes or passwords.
6. Demo checkout
Experiences labeled as demos collect no real payment, grant no admission and issue only simulated refunds. These commitments apply to paid purchases when live sales are enabled.
